About the IT Scheme
We’ve packed just about as much variety as we can into our two year IT Graduate Scheme…
Joining our IT team, you’ll have of opportunity to gain experience in different areas, so that you understand the IT end to end – from building solutions, becoming a systems expert through to project management, there’s lots to learn! The uniqueness of this scheme means you’ll get to experience the sheer breadth of diversity each of these dynamic areas has to offer. It’ll help develop your expertise and give you a real taster into where you might like to specialise in the future!
Year one – what to expect
You’ll get to understand all our key functions in IT and to top this off you’ll also spend time working in our stores, seeing first-hand how our Retail business operates, understanding the key role has IT plays across the business and seeing how the decisions you make really impact Halfords' performance.
Year two – what to expect
Year two, your experience and knowledge will continue to grow. You’ll really begin to make your mark as you specialise and build your profile.
We’ll continue to support you and your development every step of the way, providing opportunities to learn and encouraging you to bring your ideas to the forefront.
